Clean Soul Kitchen will be the “Chef at Market” at the Mt. Vernon Fresh Farm Market on Saturday, October 13! I’ll be demonstrating how to prepare Maque Choux, a savory Creole/Cajun succotash, using fresh ingredients from the market. And of course, I’ll make enough to share! So bring your shopping bags and appetite to Mt. Vernon Square on October 13 - can’t wait to see you there.
